DSK V1.0
Presentation · DSK V1.0
A sealed, server-side decision system that makes the same decision for the same input — every time — with a cryptographic receipt. Built for the enterprises AI alone cannot serve.
Modern enterprises run on probabilistic systems. The decisions they are accountable for require certainty.
AI models are statistical. The same input can produce different outputs on different runs. That variability is useful for creativity and exploration. For a credit denial, a claims adjudication, a clinical triage, or a trade authorization, it is a liability.
Regulated decisions require reproducibility. The same facts must produce the same outcome, and that outcome must be reconstructable on demand for an examiner, an auditor, or a court. A system that cannot guarantee reproducibility cannot guarantee compliance.
The issue is not intelligence. It is determinism. Probabilistic systems cannot meet deterministic obligations, no matter how advanced the model or how much tuning is applied.

DSK V1.0 is a Deterministic Selector Kernel: reproducible, receipt-bound, and sealed by design.
DSK V1.0 is a Deterministic Selector Kernel — a sealed, server-side system that produces a single, reproducible decision for every input, bound to a cryptographic receipt per decision.
It is governed by the Deterministic Decision Assurance Protocol (DDAP), built on four pillars: deterministic exclusivity, constraint inheritance, lineage propagation, and trust demonstration.
The kernel is never exposed. Nothing client-side can be reverse-engineered into the logic. Every decision is independently attestable across nine verification surfaces.
AI is not replaced — it is governed. Probabilistic intake is hardened through a deterministic conformation layer before any decision is made.

Credit, claims, clinical, compliance, trading, procurement, employment — where a wrong or non-reproducible decision is a regulatory event, not an inconvenience.
These enterprises face mounting mandates — ECOA/Reg B, HIPAA, SR 11-7, GDPR Article 22, the EU AI Act — to demonstrate that automated decisions are explainable, reproducible, and auditable.
Existing infrastructure — rules engines, model risk management, manual review — was not built to prove determinism cryptographically. It can describe a decision; it cannot prove one.
DSK closes the gap: a decision system whose outputs are not merely explainable, but byte-for-byte reproducible and independently verifiable.

Regulatory regimes: US, EU, and sector-specific mandates
Every receipt is a defensible record. Every audit becomes a replay.
It can reduce the cost of non-compliant decisions — penalties, restitutions, rework, examiner findings — by making every decision reproducible and receipt-bound.
It compresses audit and examination cycles: an examiner can replay any decision and verify byte-for-byte equivalence in seconds, not weeks.
It removes the manual-review burden for decisions that can now be made deterministically and defended with a signed receipt.
Public enforcement figures (e.g. Wells Fargo, Equifax) are sizing references for the cost of the problem — not promises of captured revenue. Outcomes are always framed as 'can' or 'typically', never guaranteed.

Every decision defensible by construction
A single sealed kernel serves every regulated decision surface.
The kernel is domain-general: six decision domains — credit, claims, clinical, trading, procurement, employment — map to 30 regulated industries and 150 sub-category decision uses.
One sealed kernel serves every domain. The client configures intake — categories, urgency thresholds, routing queues, safety phrases — as metadata. The kernel's deterministic logic never changes shape and is never exposed.
Clients map their own subcategories to the domain lane; the sealed kernel never maps the other way. One invention, compounding across every regulated decision surface.

The more the system is used, the stronger the evidence base becomes — without altering determinism.
Every receipt is a tamper-evident record. The library of reproducible decisions grows with every call, building a verifiable track record by construction.
Concordance feedback — pilot-labeled outcomes compared against kernel decisions — compounds the evidence base. Each labeled decision strengthens the system's demonstrated effectiveness, while determinism remains absolute.
A network of independent attestations confirms surfaces across accumulated campaigns. The system's defensibility is not claimed; it is accumulated.

TAM, SAM, and SOM — framed as sizing references, not guarantees.
TAM — the global spend on automated, regulated decision systems across the 30 industries — is framed in the hundreds of billions annually.
SAM — the subset where deterministic, receipt-bound, auditable decisions are a mandate: credit adjudication, claims adjudication, clinical triage, compliance review, and trading authorization.
SOM — the early-partner pilot pipeline: the first cohort of regulated enterprises running a 90-day pilot and converting to commercial windows.
All figures are sizing references for the opportunity. The compounding evidence base and sealed IP defensibility are what differentiate capture, not a fixed share of a fixed number.

Defensible IP, regulatory tailwind, and a new standard for accountable decisions.
Investors gain defensible IP — a sealed kernel that is independently attestable — a regulatory tailwind, a compounding evidence base, and a category-defining position in deterministic decision assurance.
Early partners gain pilot-slot priority, influence on their domain ruleset, a demonstrated compliance advantage, and a direct founder relationship.
The ecosystem gains a new standard: decisions that can be proven, not merely claimed — accountability by construction.
